KeyShot 10 – Environment Rotation Animation
The world revolves around your product.
You also have complete control of how fast it revolves. Whether it’s one of KeyShot’s many environments or your own custom HDRI, add a new Environment Rotation Animation to control how the environment light moves across your product.
KeyShot 10 – Twist Camera Animation
Ooh, yeah, just like this.
Your product animation needs a little drama every once in a while. KeyShot allows you to animate the Twist parameter of your camera for as subtle or dramatic an effect as you like, with control over angle and time.

KeyShot 10 – Provides New Creative Capability
Supercharge Your Workflow
The right tool for the right job. Open up KeyShot, and you’ll find new and improved tools to manage lighting and move ideas faster than ever before.
KeyShot 10 What’s New – Light Manager
Warm it Up
Cool it down.
Let it shine.
The new Light Manager lets you control all scene lighting from one location. The dockable panel allows you to choose and adjust your environment lighting or maintain any physical light’s visibility, color, power, and size.
KeyShot 10 – Light Gizmos
Grab hold of the light.
The new Light Gizmos allow you to explore lighting or quickly adjust on the fly. Select a Spotlight, IES Light, or Point View from the Real-time View or Geometry View to adjust in various ways.
KeyShot 10 – Move Tool
If you like to move it, move the Move Tool.
You never thought such a simple change could be so helpful. The KeyShot Move Tool has been completely redesigned to improve accessibility and allows you to place and dock it in the Real-time View or beyond.
KeyShot 10 – Collision Detection
Let the Parts Drop.
New in 10.1, Collision Detection allows easy object recognition and the ability to Settle items on other objects and the ground. Use it in your scene setup when objects need a more realistic arrangement on the ground or as an easy way to align objects while keeping them aware and separate from other objects.
KeyShot 10 – Solo Mode
When your parts need some alone time.
Select and activate Solo Mode. This new feature speeds up current workflows, allowing you to isolate and work on one or more parts without the need to lock parts or disrupt the hierarchy of any other hidden parts.
KeyShot 10 – Brings Unmatched Realism
Deliver Visuals That Captivate.
There’s photo-real, and then there’s KeyShot. New updates to KeyShot exclusive material capabilities bring a level of realism that turns heads.
RealCloth™ 2.0
Another dimension of cloth, fiber, and yarn.
RealCloth introduced a level of realism that had not yet been seen. RealCloth 2.0 takes it to the next level. The improvements include a 3D Ply for yarn-like geometry and increased fiber-level detail for the most realistic representation of individual threading.
KeyShot 10 – Improved Caustics
Make your light rays drop jaws faster.
The caustics in KeyShot have always been beautiful and extremely accurate. Now, in KeyShot 10, they converge even faster for both CPU and GPU with less dependence on the size of your scene to deliver jaw-dropping results in less time.
KeyShot 10 – Multiple Surface Scattering
Bounce with me.
Control multiple bounces of light on rough dielectric surfaces before they are scattered back. Multiple scattering enables energy conservation of light interacting with rough dielectrics, which allows you to achieve a more realistic and physically plausible appearance of such materials.
KeyShot 10 – Firefly Filter
Shoo, firefly, don’t bother this scene.
Image Styles in KeyShot 10 hold a special treat for those who push lighting in their scene. Denoise now includes a Firefly Filter slider to quickly remove and smooth away specks of unwanted light from your scene.
KeyShot 10 – Improved Denoise
Smooth illumination.
From smooth operator to smooth illuminator, new updates to KeyShot Denoise introduce albedo and standard information for consistent results between the Real-time View and your render output, along with improved results with Interior Mode.
KeyShot 10 – Improved Toon Material
Toon tuned.
Just look at those rich, thick contour lines. The popular KeyShot Toon material now provides finer control of outline behavior to be more consistent with line art illustration techniques.
